Identify the key roles on a jobsite project and understand their responsibilities and needs; obtain appointments with entry level decision makers at construction/ industrial companies.
When necessary, coordinate efforts of relevant Account Managers to support the implementation/sales of products and services to their assigned accounts.
Develop, analyze, and manage business plans related to the customer database to effectively maintain and grow sales.

Make outside, face-to-face sales to an assigned set of strategic VIP customers within a geographic area while strengthening the company’s position or market shares within the assigned group of accounts.

Demonstrate Hilti products and services in person, face-to-face, with customers.
Care for and maintain company assets, e.g. companies provide vehicle, van inventory, laptop, and smart phone to minimize loss due to damage or loss inventory.
Nurture strategic relationships with top accounts and create business plans to identify product and solution gaps existing in a customer’s current purchasing habits.

Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite and smartphones.
Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
Some experience with reading and understanding construction documents preferred.
Three (3) year prior experience working directly with customers preferred (face-to-face).
