- Ensure that all drawings align with project specifications, standards (AASHTO, BS, or relevant UAE standards), and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the design consultants to review and interpret bridge design drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Review, check, and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings for structural and civil works.
- Support quality assurance by ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of design correspondence, revisions, and drawing approvals.
- Monitor the implementation of design revisions and ensure that all changes are properly documented.
- Provide technical assistance to site engineers and supervisors during construction activities.
- Prepare technical reports, method statements, and coordination schedules.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical feedback to optimize constructability and compliance.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between design drawings, shop drawings, and site conditions.
- Coordinate with drafting teams to ensure timely submission and approval of shop drawings.
- Assist in resolving technical queries (RFIs) and ensuring design intent is maintained in the field.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Civil Engineering
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated project management abilities
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site inspections or client meetings
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations
