  • Organizing and facilitating user acceptance testing with business users
  • Consulting with stakeholders and acting as a conduit between stakeholders and the technical squad including Architect, Technical Team etc.
  • Documenting business processes during the investigation and discovery with stakeholders or other parties to create certified documents used by the enterprise in terms of functional knowledge
  • Creating understandable visual representations to communicate complex concepts and models for various target audiences
  • Identifying and documenting current and future business process, changes, and improvements to facilitate change management
  • Translating business requirements into detailed and actionable specifications and requirements documents
  • Facilitating and managing stakeholder engagement
  • Leading the discovery of new data foundational and/or business-initiated projects and gathering requirements using effective business analysis techniques

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, related to Data & Analytics
  • Solid understanding of data models (ERDs)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders to be able to explain, articulate, and document concepts, business processes, systems, and business requirements efficiently
  • Ability to understand the business processes in the technical landscape of Data & Analytics and help translate into an actionable document for the development team
  • Experience working in Power Automate
  • Experience with working in Agile/waterfall methodologies
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills while managing multiple, competing priorities
  • Possess a high level of analytical and critical thinking
  • Familiar with the Data & Analytics product lifecycle
  • Experience using JIRA
  • Strong SQL knowledge
