You will support the delivery team across multiple commercial projects, ensuring all financial, contractual and procurement elements are managed efficiently and accurately.

Review and negotiate subcontract agreements
Work closely with the PM and Site Teams to support smooth project delivery
Administer subcontractor contracts from procurement through to final account
Assist with cost reporting, budgeting and forecasting
Manage variations, progress claims, RFI tracking and EOT assessments
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and construction legislation

Ability to work autonomously within a Tier 2 builder environment
Strong understanding of head contracts, subcontract agreements and NSW construction legislation
Proven experience managing projects valued $5m–$50m

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Contract Administrator in the commercial construction sector
