• Enforce company safety protocols and lead site safety meetings.
• Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Oversee all on-site construction activities for luxury residential projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Track and report daily progress, job costs, and materials needs.
• Maintain project timelines, anticipate delays, and proactively problem-solve to keep work moving efficiently.
• Ensure impeccable quality control with strict attention to detail aligned with luxury market expectations.
• Manage inspections, permitting coordination, and compliance with local building codes.
• Conduct daily site walks and maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite environment.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the execution of high-end custom home projects in Coral Gables. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, maintaining exceptional craftsmanship standards, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in luxury homebuilding, deep knowledge of South Florida construction practices, and a proven ability to manage premium-level subcontractors and discerning clients.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple trades concurrently.
• Strong familiarity with South Florida building codes, permitting, and high-end construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and finish specifications.
• Communicate consistently with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners.
• Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar custom homes or major renovations.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills; able to interface confidently with homeowners and design teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools, daily logs, and digital reporting.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• 5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Senior Foreman in custom luxury residential construction.
