- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including job site cleanup.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers and supervisors.
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, ductwork and related equipment.
- Inspect and test installed systems for proper operation and performance.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints and specifications.
- May work with apprentices training them on how to properly install and test systems.
- Ensure Installations meet safety standards, local codes, and manufacturer guidelines.

- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.

- Must clearly communicate in verbal and written form.
