The Facilities & Events Coordinator will support all facilities management and events requirements, both internal and external, for the Google office in Singapore. The role ensures operational, health and safety, and messaging standards are met while delivering courteous and enthusiastic client service.
You will own event setup, change requests and facility issues, resolving them quickly and providing end‑to‑end service. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and safety of common and event spaces, reporting hazards, logging incidents such as property damage or injuries, and delivering detailed incident reports within KPI guidelines. Additional duties involve providing backup coverage for absent team members and attending emergencies on‑site when needed.
The position requires at least two years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or events, with knowledge of event management and local occupational health and safety regulations. Success depends on a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude, strong client focus, leadership, collaboration, time‑management, analytical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication in English and the local language.
