Plan and conduct training sessions for our branches and refrigeration experts on virtual chiller diagnostics and the Connected Equipment Portal. Gather technician feedback for continuous improvement
Review the Connected Equipment Portal / dashboard, analyze data, and create reports and recommendations for branches and customers
Advise customers using collected data and site assessments. Propose retrofits, upgrades, and improvements to existing systems. Support sales by providing technical recommendations
Collaborate with field service teams and support the connection of refrigeration systems
Provide input, guidance, and participate in the OpenBlue platform roadmap and enhancements, especially to improve features and functionality for maximum customer value
Diagnose complex refrigeration systems
Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure high satisfaction. Inform customers about services delivered and open issues; recommend system upgrades or replacements
Provide feedback on the serviceability of our chillers and the Connected Equipment Portal
