Create and develop planning and design concepts for projects.

Assist with construction site visits as required for observation, answering contractor questions, or representing the owner in preparing punch lists.

Minimum 5 years of related technical design and consulting engineering experience designing HVAC, plumbing, and special systems for new and renovated Data Centers. Additional experience in government, higher education, or research facilities a plus.
Load Calculations with CFD experience a plus.
Proficiency with Revit, Trane TRACE 700 and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Perform analysis, design and documentation of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and controls. Experience in both air-and water-cooled racks desired.
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
LEED AP preferred, Engineer-in-Training certification required. Eligible to take Part II of the licensing exam.
