Maintain safety and risk management systems during the project and ensure compliant Safety in Design processes are adopted and reported
Leading, coordinating and administering the project from commencement to final deliverables
Delivering the scope of work/services and management/coordination of teams
Preparation of the Study and Project Management Plans, including supervising and monitoring the development and progress of schedules and the study
Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and the internal team
Determining significant time schedules and milestones, coordinating the participation of responsible entities and defining the major task areas

Maintain the project delivery process to meet the client’s goals, objectives and expectations
Managing project safety, scope, cost and schedule, and providing an environment within which the project team can undertake its functions

Experience in developing proposals, budgets and schedules for new studies
Experience in leading complex studies and / or projects in the energy and resources sectors – from concept to detailed delivery and/or execution
Bachelor degree qualifications in Engineering or other relevant disciplines
At least 10 years’ experience in engineering design / project delivery / client management / business development / project development
High attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven delivery and leadership skills
Extensive background in power generation, including (but not limited to) gas turbines, reciprocating engines, other thermal plant etc
