A high level of creativity and energy along with positive attitude, upbeat personality and overall enthusiasm is key in this role

Experience and ability to use Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite applications
Prior experience working in commercial property management is an asset but not required.
Ability to quickly pivot and adapt to changes
Prior experience in a marketing, advertising, and customer service environments
Strong organizational skills

Strong computer literacy: knowledge of Microsoft applications, internet/web capabilities, social media applications, and Outlook

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexibility with hours – evening and weekend events, especially around and during the holiday season will be required
