Technical Problem Resolution: Diagnose technical issues and execute remedial solutions for water treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance
Performance Management: Monitor Service Engineer performance and coordinate both internal and external training initiatives to drive continuous improvement
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures across all SOCOTEC and client locations
Technical Expertise & Support: Serve as the primary technical contact for inquiries regarding SOCOTEC's water treatment product portfolio
