Manage submittal workflows and assist in expediting material deliveries to meet schedule milestones.
Prepare and administer the “Third Point Review” and achieve agreed-upon margin goals.
Manage all billing and payment processes with owners and subcontractors.
Maintain strong professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Review and analyze weekly and monthly cost reports; implement corrective actions to maintain budget.
Lead subcontractor purchasing, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and bonding policies.
Prepare and submit monthly draw requests; manage billing and collections to maintain positive cash flow.
Lead the S&P Quality Control Program and ensure inspection readiness and documentation.
Assist with the CPM baseline schedule, monthly updates, narratives, and delay fragments.
Oversee coordination of the CPM schedule with field operations and procurement timelines.
Accept the project from estimating and lead the budget transfer process.
Oversee material inspections and ensure compliance with contract documents and approved submittals.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, insurance requirements, lien waivers, and reporting standards.
Participate in business development activities including client relationships, proposals, and presentations.
Lead project planning and mobilization; define execution strategy and resource needs.
Administer the change order process, including documentation and impact analysis.

Strong manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment (e.g. computers, mobile devices, copiers, etc.).
3-5+ years of relevant experience in managing construction projects, safety acumen, and a thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures is essential.
B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience
This role requires regular physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods of time, and working in various outdoor conditions as part of daily field operations. Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather, if needed. This may include climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching. Occasional office work will be required.
Occasional heavy lifting (=50 lbs./=22.7 + kg) can be expected, though exertion of up to 10lbs of force is more common.
