As a Developer agent at fäm Master Agency, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or investing in properties in Dubai.
Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals
Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
