- Initiates, answers & documents tracer inquiries when requested via email and/or fax.
- Traces shipments of product and materials with trucking companies.
- Assures orders and shipping quantities match picking documents through careful audit of said documents, while assisting in resolving discrepancies.
- Notifies consignee of shipment arrival and coordinates shipment information to other offices and/or agents.
- Verifies the bills of lading are received from shipping department and ensures that all invoices have been distributed to proper location.
- Maintains all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities in warehouse management systems.
- Contributing Respectfully - Sharing opinions, valuing ideas, sharing opposing perspectives with respect
- Arranges for movement of freight to consignee/agent & updates the system with information.
- Enters data pertaining to domestic and international shipments into the company ERP system and into the shipping systems of commercial freight carriers.

- Experience involving billing, routing, production scheduling activities, tracking of trucking equipment and the coordination of finished product deliveries.
