- Initiate picking process for timely delivery of materials from inventory to production department
- Inform Production Manager of material status and consult with manager to determine how to resolve outstanding materials that could affect production
- Evaluate factors that impact production schedules.
- Work with internal departments (inventory, quality assurance, purchasing) to optimize material availability and resolve any issues that may affect the schedule.
- Plan, review, and update department production schedule; track the progress of the manufacturing process for each active project
- Make recommendations to improve processes and procedure changes.
- Read production schedules, drawings, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority

- Reading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements.

- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, warehouse management, or other related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
