The Tax Senior role involves reviewing federal and multi‑state tax returns, with a preference for experience in flow‑through entities. Work with private‑equity and hedge‑fund clients is highly desirable, requiring knowledge of partnership allocations, fund structures, and related compliance. Additional duties include researching tax issues, performing accounting tasks as needed, and communicating effectively with managers, partners, and clients.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting and be CPA‑certified or eligible to obtain a CPA license. At least three years of public‑accounting experience and strong proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software are required. Experience with tax software such as ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement is a plus.

Compensation is performance‑based and reflects the value you bring to clients and the firm. The salary range for this position is $38.00‑$54.89 per hour, with individual offers determined by role, experience, education, skills, and location.
