Ability to travel overnight
Experience at a Fortune 500 company or publicly traded organization with multi-state, national operations
15+ years of progressive legal experience, including significant leadership responsibility in a complex corporate environment
Demonstrated expertise in litigation management, corporate governance, compliance, real estate, construction, employment law, and regulatory matters
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
