Coordination and administration of account(s): rebates, incentives, marketing allowances, and other various programs and services
At minimum, prepare monthly activity/market reports and participate in accountability meetings with TAMKO management
Demonstrate correct installation process for all TAMKO products
Develop optimal travel plan to maximize service and limit travel costs
Coordination and management of all pricing functions for assigned account(s)
Promptly and professionally return all phone calls, text messages and emails
Keep distributor showroom displays stocked with current literature and samples
Demonstrate selling features and benefits of all TAMKO products
As requested, inspect and collect information for product warranty claims in coordination with Technical or Warranty Service Department
Weekly reporting of sales expenses, customer call planning, mileage report, sales forecasting and competitor research
Collaborate and attend key distributor and contractor events in efforts to build relationships and promote TAMKO product usage
Prioritize top professional installer sales call strategy to drive product usage to maximize pull through sales
Join, attend, and maintain local business organization partnerships such as local trade associations, home builder associations and local trade shows
Daily use of Salesforce to report: customer call activity, appointment setting, prospecting data, and customer pipeline planning
Resolve discrepancies pertaining to account(s): invoices/billing, credit memos, return material authorizations, deliveries, price quotes, and warranty material certificates
Coordinate strategic business plans with other TAMKO sales personnel to increase sales

Must be willing to speak to small and large groups to plan, organize and conduct product knowledge training to all TAMKO customers
Must have valid driver’s license. Required travel by air transportation in and out of assigned territory. Position requires overnight stays away from home.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or at least four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
