Reposition, tidy, and rebalance incorrectly parked or fallen e-scooters and e-bikes
Support in-field and warehouse teams when needed (e.g. inspections, cleaning, logistics)
Carry out on-site quality and safety checks
Your mission at VoiThe Street Patrol team plays a key role in keeping our cities safe, tidy, and accessible. You’ll be out on the streets ensuring our e-scooters and e-bikes are parked correctly, compliant with local regulations, and ready for riders to use. You’ll also act as the face of Voi, supporting riders and helping maintain a positive relationship with the public and city partners.
Assess and provide feedback on current and potential parking locations
Clear vehicles from blocked driveways, footpaths, cycle lanes, pedestrian crossings, parks, and green areas
Provide daily patrol logs and share recurring hotspots to support local operations and parking strategy
Act as a friendly Voi representative, answering basic questions from riders and the public
Take good care of all equipment provided to you👤 Who we’re looking for
Follow all Health & Safety procedures, local laws, and regulations at all times
Be a part of the micromobility revolution and help create sustainable cities that are clean, quiet, and free from pollution
Patrol designated city areas to identify and address poor parking or unsafe rider behaviour
A strong communicator with an approachable, professional manner
Practical and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
Familiar with your city and confident navigating it by van
Working pattern: 5 days out of 7 (rota-based on a week shift pattern)
Able to lift and move heavy loads
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
🚗 Driving Requirement: Minimum: Provisional UK driving licence. Preferred: Full UK driving licence
Calm and level-headed in busy or stressful situations (traffic, poor parking, public interaction)
This is a hands-on, outdoor role where no two days are the same.🔧 What you’ll be doing
