The Resource Coordinator shall report directly to the Project Manager, per project basis
Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely fashion, above the line, professionally and with empathy including participation in “On-Call rotation” which involves some nights and weekend assignments.
Order and track all equipment and rental items that has been requested by the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
Maintained paperwork, including the daily timesheet and expense report, in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintained a safe, clean, and organized vehicle and workplace.
Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service.
Complete timesheets daily. Verify the customer name and spelling to ensure accurate record keeping.
Coordinate and complete all material ordering per Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager’s request, applicable to the current project.

Able to drive for 11+ hours.
