- Order and track all equipment and rental items that has been requested by the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
- Maintained paperwork, including the daily timesheet and expense report, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintained a safe, clean, and organized vehicle and workplace.
- Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service.
- Complete timesheets daily. Verify the customer name and spelling to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Coordinate and complete all material ordering per Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager’s request, applicable to the current project.

- Must be able to understand directions and engage in reasonableconversations with clients, employees, and management.

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Google Drive, Excel) and other computer software. Must also have a functional understanding of handheld smart devices and an aptitude for learning new technology and all applicable software as determined.
- Ability to treat minor injuries and report any accidents/injuries with APM and/or PM.
- Preferred: CDL
- Ability to meet goals/deadlines
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Comply with all verbal and written safety practices including the use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Read and comprehend all applicable MSDSs for chemicals that require special handling and use of PPE.
- Body Movements: Walking, bending, reaching, grasping, lifting, flexing and bending arms, legs, hands, and fingers, and driving.
- Body Senses: Must be able to see, hear, speak, and smell
- Must have mechanical aptitude.
- Able to drive for 11+ hours.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
- Required: Valid State Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to prevent accidents/injuries
- Ability to work well with others.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Completed all projects in accordance with the instructions of the Supervisor, and communicated problems accurately.
