Follow all Encon Service Standards related to Safety, Responsiveness, Accuracy, Professionalism, Productivity, and Teamwork.
Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, safe, and operable condition.
Inspect jobs upon completion to ensure work areas are clean, safe, and professional.
Assist in diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, belt replacements, lubrication, coil cleaning, and general equipment inspection.
Receive, complete, and document work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
