Senior Architect ( B.Arch )

Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Architect (B.Arch). The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural and design projects, developing detailed plans, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution of designs. The role also involves overseeing project schedules, integrating innovative concepts, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Requirements

• Prior experience with green building practices and sustainable design is a plus.
• Proven track record in Project Management, including coordinating teams, managing client expectations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Proficient understanding of Software Development tools used in architecture and experience in system integration for design purposes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong knowledge of Architecture and experience in handling large-scale architectural projects.
• Proficiency in Architectural Design and expertise in developing creative and functional design solutions.
