Strong knowledge of international tunneling standards (ITA, BS, Eurocodes, IS codes).
Technically Sound to handle the project
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., PLAXIS, FLAC, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, Revit).
As team leader able to manage team, Project and Client
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects (metro systems, hydropower, highways).
Familiarity with BIM and digital engineering tools.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
