Document relevant results of equipment and submitted accordingly to customer
Oversee customer complaint handling and conduct system troubleshooting
Responsible for attending to system breakdown calls and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance
Carry out overhaul and fault finding of services varying reciprocating, screw, centrifugal and etc.
Keeps customer informed on the nature of service provided, outstanding issues, recommends system enhancement/upgrade/replacement and promotes the sale of change order
To provide commissioning for air-conditioning equipment on customer site
Conducts routine communications with customers, service team, and subcontractors as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support proposals to support recommendations and solutions
Advises and trains customer in system operations
Documents work completed and submits service reports
Performs basic preventative maintenance in HVAC, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities under direct supervision.
Develops positive customer relationships, ensures pro-active feedback on and documentation of the customer’s equipment and systems status
