The Project Engineer ( Solar ) is responsible for project execution with ability to take complete charge of the project from start to finish through conceptual study, feasibility study, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and plant handover
5. Responsible for cost, quality, schedule, and project safety.
4. Deliver progress reports and proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
20. Develop, coordinate, and manage multiple project Engineers and plans across multiple locations.
22. Coordinate with internal resources to execute the project plan and ensure communication is clear.
26. Develop and implement Construction Standards to implement across the entire company
24. Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, submittals, permits, test reports, and quality inspections.
2. Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals.
3. Develop project plan considering project dependencies and critical path and schedule project timelines/ milestones using appropriate tools viz. MS Project & monitor.
15. Selecting and actively involved in EPC contractors, Engineering consultants, Suppliers etc.
10. Providing input and resolution for the running projects and appraise head of projects, business head and leadership team on project health and Escalate issues in timely manner if they are not getting resolved within acceptable timeline.
8. Attend meetings with customer, consultants, and external suppliers.
14. Regular monitoring of risks and opportunities and appraise to head of Projects.
13. Identifying and analyzing risks, defining, and implementing effective countermeasures, minimizing risks, and thereby reducing costs
12. Closely work with Contract team and analysis of contract in terms of risks, opportunities, claim potential and possible supplementary orders
