Description

This role, under direct supervision, provides clerical and administrative support to the operations department.

• Review container supply and demand reports and populate the inventory management report.
• Update and input daily route information into the computer system.
• Collect on‑site container data each day and update the inventory log.
• Assist Dispatchers by handling customer and driver complaints and inquiries.
• Report safety or customer‑service issues to a supervisor or manager immediately.
• Maintain and process operational data such as vehicle maintenance, accounting, and route sheets.
• Distribute, collect, and review route sheets for accurate billing and productivity reporting.
• Help generate monthly productivity reports.
• Follow all safety policies and work with the team to meet safety goals.
• Support other departments, including customer service and accounting.
• Assist with driver de‑brief processes.
