A leading Indianapolis based developer/GC has an immediate opportunity available for someone to head their Preconstruction group. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of combined experience in Estimating, Business development, and Project Management. Large, ground-up Commercial, Industrial/Warehouse, or Mixed-use project experience is strongly preferred.
