We are seeking an accomplished CSA Construction Project Manager with 20 years of semiconductor industry experience. The role leads planning, execution, and delivery of civil, structural, and architectural works for large‑scale semiconductor facilities, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- 20+ years of CSA construction/project management experience in semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing.
- Expertise in CSA methodologies for high‑tech facilities and strong knowledge of structural design, codes, and international standards.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project and other construction management tools.
- Familiarity with cleanroom construction and precision structural works.
- Understanding of EPC workflows, QA, safety regulations, and ability to read complex drawings.
- Experience in cleanroom and high‑precision structural construction.
- Advanced project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast‑paced environments.
- Knowledge of risk management and cost control.
- Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.
