- Évaluer les besoins en trésorerie des projets;
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe de comptabilité opérationnelle afin d’assurer la conformité des transactions comptable liée aux projets;
- Préparer la documentation nécessaire pour réclamer les remboursements d'équipements ou les crédits de taxes.
- Valider et faire le suivi afin de facturer les frais de projets aux différents partenaires;
- Maintenir diverses statistiques sur les coûts de projets;
- Produire et assurer l’intégrité des divers rapports de coûts chaque mois dans les différents systèmes;
- Assurer une cohérence entre le système ERP et les outils de suivis de contrôle de projet et de suivi de construction;

- De planifier tes vieux jours avec un régime de retraite que Boralex bonifie ;
- Être titulaire d’un BAC en administration des affaires, d’une technique en comptabilité de gestion ou toute autre formation pertinente ;
- Mettre en place et maintenir la structure des projets (WBS), ainsi que la structure des coûts correspondants (CBS);
- Posséder plus de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente;
- Formation ou expérience en gestion de projet (un atout) ;
- De participer à la croissance d’une entreprise qui est activement impliquée dans la transition énergétique ;
- Agir à titre de référence pour le maintien des données maîtres des projets dans le système ERP;
- Posséder un anglais d’affaires fonctionnel.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement avec tous les niveaux de la direction et des employés;
- Agir à titre de référence dans les diverses équipes pour tout ce qui touche aux coûts de projet;
- La flexibilité d’horaire ;
- D’ajouter ton talent à une équipe de travail agile ;
- Maîtriser les différents contrats et engagements en place et faire un suivi des écarts;
- Bonne gestion des priorités et facilité de travail en équipe ;
- Capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes;
- Maîtriser le logiciel SAP;
- Connaissance du logiciel Longview (un atout);
- De te donner un régime d’assurance collective qui tient compte de tes besoins personnels.
