Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Assist in analysis of financial results; preparation of forecasting and budgeting exercises
Assist with monthly financial closing, preparation of journals, audit schedules, bank reconciliation, preparation of financial results/management reports
Assist with audit and tax information preparation; liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audit and tax filing/compliance
Assist with other ad-hoc assignments such as UAT and data migration verification as and when required

Meticulous, analytical independent, a good team player and possess good communication skills as well as the ability to deliver quality work within stipulated timeline
Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in real estate industry
Well-versed in SFRS(I) and other accounting regulatory requirements
Experience with SAP, Blackline, BPC and Tagetik, Power BI system(s) and/or real estate knowledge would have an added advantage
