-Excellent organisational skills -Ability to carry out logical problem solving -Understanding of electrical engineering -Communication skills -Authorised Person -SMSTS or IOSH Managing safety. -Experience of managing electrical team on multiple large civil engineering projects. -UK major construction experience and associated training. -Experience of managing an electrical team on large UK civil engineering projects. -Level 4 or 5 Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical and Electronic -Leadership skills, people management -Nuclear/license condition experience. -CSCS PQP Card and/or CSCS Black Managers Card. -Experience working within Joint Ventures/Alliances.
