Actively promotes the training and development of team members.
Ensure that the Balfour Beatty Highways quality systems and processes are fully aligned to Customer requirements
Establishing a right-first-time culture across the operation's team that puts quality at the heart of project delivery.
Ensuring that any deviations from contracted requirements are permitted only after endorsement by authorised Engineering personnel and recorded as concessions.
Ensure that auditing of quality management arrangements provide overall assurance to the Balfour Beatty senior leadership team and identify issues for immediate resolution.

Investigating causes of quality problems and propose solutions
Fostering a strong team culture actively promoting the sharing knowledge with team members in a timely, concise manner
Assist in development of new process capabilities and implement improvements to construction processes that lead to overall increases in product quality
Ensuring that the operation's team implement appropriate arrangements for the identification of defects and their subsequent rectification, remediation or repair in line with contractual time-scales.
