The AR Collection Team Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end management of the collection process, developing and leading a team, and building strong relationships with commercial stakeholders. The role emphasizes a culture of growth, data‑driven performance management and continuous improvement while maintaining a relentless focus on service delivery.
Key responsibilities include coordinating daily task prioritisation and workload balance, driving performance through data‑based insights, providing clear updates to internal and external stakeholders, overseeing escalation handling and coaching, and ensuring risk, compliance and control procedures are upheld throughout the AR collection process.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field and bring over ten years of GBS or BPO experience, including expert knowledge of invoice‑to‑cash cycles, resource planning, and SAP ERP. Required competencies encompass strong communication, influencing, analytical and problem‑solving skills, proactive and accountable decision‑making, and the ability to coach, develop and create a safe environment for team growth; a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is desirable.
