Call Center Representative

Description

To secure permission-based meetings with commercial & industrial influencers (architects, consultants, PMCs, brokers) through short, professional calls.

• Conduct permission-based, executive-style conversations
• Ensure meetings are relevant, not forced
• Call pre-qualified influencer data using provided scripts
• Follow approved call scripts without improvisation
• Secure 15-minute alignment meetings for senior execution team
• Avoid selling, explaining, or over-talking
• Update call outcomes accurately in CRM

Requirements

• Basic CRM & WhatsApp usage
• You respect rules and scripts
• Fixed calling windows (approx. 4 hours/day)
• B2B calling experience preferred
• ≥ 80% meetings accepted by field team
• Script adherence: ≥ 90%
• Zero chasing behavior
• 35–45 connected calls/day
• RUNO Dialer (training provided)

• Headset & laptop (mandatory)
• Clear, confident spoken English / Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Zero fatal errors (selling, pitching, arguing)

• Calls below 70 score: < 10%

• 1–3 years telecalling / appointment setting experience
