What you would be doing

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing and Quality departments to ensure seamless material flow and compliance with quality standards
  • Lead cycle counting activities for purchased parts at Warehouse 2 (WH2), including accurate count entry and thorough investigation of discrepancies
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Lead and Purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of working stock levels
  • Capable of training and supervising warehouse staff while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Support onboarding and training of new hires, including cross-training team members in receiving and material issuance procedures
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner and promotes “Safety First” mentality across team
  • Monitor incoming material alerts and proactively issue open parts to jobs in progress, maintaining accurate records through the Open Parts Tracker

  • Skilled in using Epicor to manage inventory accuracy and traceability
  • Ability to read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs), part numbers, and technical specifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with production, purchasing, and QA teams
  • Familiar with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and cycles
  • Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing setting
  • Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of inventory control and receiving procedures specific to electrical components, materials, and finished goods
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify discrepancies, resolve receiving issues, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Certification(s) in inventory management or supply chain
  • High school diploma or GED
