- Conduct electrical switching operations on equipment with voltages up to 345kV.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, conduct safety analyses, and participate in emergency response training.
- Inspect, test, and monitor site equipment to identify and resolve abnormal conditions.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on wind turbines, solar arrays, battery storage systems, and substation equipment.
- Keep tools, safety equipment, and site areas in clean and functional condition.
- Crosstrain with other technicians and support both technologies as needed.
- Maintain documentation for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Support Root Cause Analyses for equipment failure investigations.

- Tools and PPE for safe and effective job performance

- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme weather
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Passport
- Minimum 2 years of related experience -
- Valid driver’s license and ability to respond to emergencies within 45 minutes
- All wind turbines are equipped with lifts for safe access to elevated areas
- Qualified to work on medium and high voltage equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent (college or technical degree preferred)
- Capable of working independently and on rotating shifts, including nights and overtime
- Ability to climb up to 300 feet and lift up to 50 lbs
