Tasks
-Completing various administrative tasks for our network of branches including data input. -Booking property valuations. -Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound contacts via calls, webchat, and email. -Collaborating with your team to achieve success and maintain consistently high service standards. -Registering client details and forwarding them to relevant in-branch teams to arrange viewings.

Benefits
-Competitive basic salary ranging from £24,000 to £25,500 per year, depending on sales experience. -Dedicated training from day one, with ongoing coaching and development opportunities to advance your career at Spicerhaart. -You will work a 40-hour week, spread over 5 days. Specific working hours will be allocated to you at the end of the recruitment process. The current vacancy hours are Tuesday to Saturday 9am and 6pm or Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays, when you work a Saturday you will get a day off in lieu the following week. -Uncapped commission scheme in addition to the basic salary. -Participation in the company Elevate scheme. -National Insurance
