Manage commercials on project delivery with support from more senior team members. Assist in creation and delivery of proposals.
Responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of their teams' operations and performance.

- Produce documentation to a high standard, including site observation reports
- Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
- As part of a multi-discipline project team representing AESG, conduct site inspections and verify the tested results are correct.
- Provide support to the project by delivering commissioning services in line with the high-standards clients of AESG have come to expect.
- Review design information, tolerances and agreed methods of working
- Participate in meetings and workshops regarding discipline when required
- Independently conduct site inspections in selected discipline
- Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
- Carry outside observations with respect to quality of installation
- Report issues found to senior team members in a clear, accurate and concise manner

Commence taking on elements of team management in sub projects. Demonstrable experience in managing a small team of 2 or more, on live projects, or mentoring junior team members / graduates.
Excellent communication and listening skills. Collaborate on projects, share insights, and coordinate efforts across departments.
Ability to independently represent the company in a client facing role and manage Client satisfaction.
Ability to independently manage the delivery of smaller projects ($50k) in a client facing role. Strong knowledge of technical discipline with experience in executing previous projects to a high level of independence.
Demonstrated industry experience on a wide range of related project types, proven ability to efficiently manage project deadlines.
