Riverside Environmental Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, re-engaging dormant accounts, and managing the full sales cycle within a B2B, consultative service-led environment.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in B2B consultative sales within a service‑based industry and strong communication skills across phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions. They should demonstrate a confident, enthusiastic, results‑driven approach, high organisation and time‑management abilities, and be IT literate with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as HubSpot.
The role is based in Kent or Birmingham with a salary of £27,000 – £30,000 per annum plus uncapped OTE, expected first‑year earnings around £40,000. The position requires an Enhanced DBS Check and the company is particularly interested in candidates with an asbestos background.
