Act as liaison between the customer and the Service, Parts, Warranty, Technical and other departments so the company can respond to all customer queries; collaborate with the Team to optimize customer satisfaction before and after repair work done on machines in the shop or on site.
Assist customers in configuring and using all Liebherr spare parts such as those by LiDAT, MyLiebherr, Sculli, etc.
Identify customer needs, creating business relationships that foster growth in Parts & Service sales volumes while canvassing new customers; implement development strategies jointly with your supervisor in accordance with the company’s strategic sales orientations.
Identify and closely follow up internally and externally on Parts & Service sales opportunities to maintain your growth within the territory.
Achieve company objectives and targets and offer customers advice to ensure their satisfaction and thereby build a lasting relationship based on trust.
Understand, use and explain the results of oil sample testing to offer customers good planning and machine repair options that maximize customer productivity.
Work jointly with the Parts department to ensure that reliable inventory levels and stocks of equipment parts are maintained and that technicians are available to maintain and repair customer equipment.
Attend trade fairs, expos and product demonstrations; monitor the competition, market trends, new products and business opportunities.
Make on-site visits and prepare inspection reports on the status of machines; give customers choices to help them make the best decisions.
Ensure that visit reports and quotes are up to date in the CRM software to maximize performance of the system’s management tools.

Technical knowledge and specific equipment skills based on the field of activity (cranes, earthwork, construction work, mining trucks, etc.).
Flexibility to travel often locally and throughout the maritimes up to 50% of the time.
Experience and skill in preparing documentation and reports.
Organization, time management, and task planning.
Good financial and business sense with experience in budgeting and market forecasting.
A valid drivers license is required.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in service or parts in the Heavy Equipment industry.
Able to establish strong relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders, and suppliers.
