Properly measuring and mixing liquid (2-component) coating systems and appropriate thinner when necessary.
Documenting Dry Film thickness of coating post-cure.
Setting paint booth for application with properly hung parts
Ensuring parts are cleaned properly and ready for paint.
Applying zinc primers, epoxies, and polyurethane top coat using airless, air-assisted, and/or conventional spray equipment to metal surfaces.
Moving materials through the production process manually or with forklifts.
Maintaining/cleaning and operating paint sprayers, equipment & booths, and other finishing tools.
