As an Electrical Advisor with Mister Sparky Electric, you’ll play a critical role in driving sales and overseeing high-value residential electrical projects. Your knowledge will help guide the design and execution of complex installations including panel upgrades, whole-home rewires, EV charger installations, and more. In addition to providing an exceptional customer experience, you'll be a key mentor to our team of electricians—training and supporting them to meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. With a blend of technical expertise and strong sales acumen, you'll directly impact company performance and customer satisfaction.
Must be able to drive and travel to customer sites.
Leadership: Experience in mentoring or managing teams in a field-based service or sales capacity.
Experience: 5-6 years in residential electrical service and repair, with knowledge of code, safety, and installation procedures.
Ability to work in confined spaces, climb, stand, crawl, and lift up to 90 pounds.
Communication Skills: Outstanding communication, listening, and interpersonal abilities.
Sales-Focused: Demonstrated success in selling residential projects and presenting solutions to homeowners.
Organized and Efficient: Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
Comfortable working in all weather and site conditions.
CRM Systems: Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM is a plus.
Regulatory Awareness: Deep understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and permitting.
