We are looking for an experienced Sustainability Consultant/LEED AP to join our team. The successful person will work on innovative, challenging projects with industry experts as part of PM Group’s world-leading multi-discipline team.

Candidates should also note any relevant experience & knowledge of these services.

Qualifications in the following; LEED AP BD&C Additional qualifications like LEED AP ID+C and/or BREEAM Assessor or BREEAM AP .
At least 5 years’ experience as a sustainability consultant or related position
Understand and apply current and proposed Sustainability related legislation (Building and Planning regulations)
Project engineering / management skills
Excellent knowledge of sustainable design practices and international experience desirable
Minimum of 2-3 projects completed through to certification
Clear and confident verbal & written communication skills
Proven track record of working on your own initiative
A Minimum Qualification of Bachelor’s Degree (Level 8 NQF) in Architecture /Engineering/ Environmental/ Sustainability or related subject
