Responsible and lead initial design concept through to detailed design, supervision, and closure of projects and quality assurance of structures. As a part of the global High-rise spearhead team, you can expect to be working on projects in Singapore and globally, in sectors such as commercial, hospitality and residential, etc.
Prepare and lead design of structures, carry out the structural analysis and design including Finite Element analysis, design, preparation of detailed design reports, calculations, sketches and drawings.
Support opportunity creation and business development in our consultancy teams working on and delivering high quality projects to clients;
Participating in bids and tenders.
Assist in growing the business and strengthen the Ramboll brand
Negotiating fee proposals and requesting additional fees
Structuring project teams from internal and external resources align with wider Buildings team
Mentor, build, support and lead design teams.
Lead Design management and coordination with other design disciplines.
Responsible, support and lead structural design, producing and coordinating the production of project deliverables including but not limited to reports, calculations, tender submissions, technical documentations, sketches, presentations, drawings and specifications.

Proficiency with common structural design software e.g. ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE;
International mindset and an ability to drive collaboration across construction disciplines, both within Ramboll and externally.

A relevant bachelor / master’s degree, or relevant qualification, chartered registration
A minimum 10 years’ experience and experience working as key project design lead / manager.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing.
