Join Schneider Electric’s Field Service Engineering team as a Team Lead and help drive excellence in customer service delivery. This role is aimed at a passionate technical leader who will supervise and empower field service professionals while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
In this position you will oversee a team of Services Representatives, guide them to meet performance targets, and ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries. You will also develop strategies to enhance service delivery, monitor compliance through site visits, and foster continuous improvement across the service function.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, brings 8‑12 years of services operation experience, and has at least three years of leadership in the electrical or energy sector. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with knowledge of Schneider Electric products and a solid grasp of electrical systems and energy management.
