Inspect, test, and maintain kitchen hood suppression systems in accordance with NFPA 17A, NFPA 96, and manufacturer guidelines.
Replace system components such as nozzles, fusible links, and tanks as required.
Perform installations, upgrades, and modifications of pre-engineered kitchen fire suppression systems.
Maintain tools, vehicle, and equipment in clean and safe working order.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps to customers and supervisors.
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
Collaborate with other technicians or departments on integrated fire protection systems (e.g., fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers).
Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
Accurately complete service tickets, inspection reports, and deficiency documentation.
