The position requires willingness to travel to other offices and depots, periodic site visits (including night shifts), and a full driving licence is desirable but not mandatory.
Essential qualities include experience working in teams to develop multiple projects concurrently, strong collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders, commercial focus to drive project performance, high resilience to manage conflicting priorities, and excellent communication and organisational abilities. Candidates should also have experience managing and maintaining detailed project plans with framework contractors, designers and internal partners.
