Architectural Professional

Description

• Support design and documentation for a wide range of projects, from concept through construction.
• Contribute to the firm’s standards of quality, innovation, and collaboration.
• Participate in design meetings and contribute to creative problem-solving and technical solutions.
• Work with project leaders to monitor project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with consultants—including MEP, structural, civil, and landscape—to ensure technical accuracy and design intent.
• Assist with code research, redlines, and coordination of construction documents.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications in coordination with project teams.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of building systems, materials, and detailing.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design visualization tools such as SketchUp or Rhino.
• Active involvement in AIA, ULI, or similar professional organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a studio setting.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and construction practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Familiarity with sustainable design and LEED or other green building programs.
• Strong design presentation and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); MS Project experience a plus.
• Experience with commercial, civic, or institutional projects.
