The NA Sales & Revenue Operations Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, commercial strategy, and sales effectiveness across all North American regions and business lines. This position blends deep sales leadership with extensive revenue‑operations expertise to support MRI’s expanding product portfolio, recent acquisitions, and a diverse, multi‑segment customer base.
In the sales‑operations arena, the director will lead day‑to‑day activities, establish consistent forecasting frameworks and weekly reporting calls, and collaborate with sales leadership to set targets and implement global strategies. They will analyze sales data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities, prepare regular senior‑management reports, manage pipeline health through CRM oversight, and champion the adoption of sales tools such as SalesLoft and Trumpet. Additionally, they will identify training needs, support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive programs, and contribute to regional and global sales‑operations projects.
Owning the North American revenue‑operations function, the director will oversee analytics, planning, systems, enablement, and process optimization. Responsibilities include ensuring Salesforce and integrated tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, CPQ) remain accurate and governed, implementing scalable go‑to‑market processes across countries, designing KPIs for pipeline health and productivity, and partnering with Global RevOps on systems architecture, compensation frameworks, data governance, and forecasting methodologies.
The role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, partnering closely with Product, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Professional Services to deliver a seamless customer experience. The director will cultivate a culture of accountability, data‑driven decision making, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
